MR. JACK RECEIVES AWARD Mr. Carlton “Jack” Young Sr. was one amongst a few persons who received the first ever Prime Minister’s “Reef Champion” Award. His efforts in the fishing industry were recognized at the Reef Gala held on 14th November 2008, a dinner event held at the Radisson Hotel.
