The production and sales of the four major fishing cooperatives are represented by the principal products as mentioned: lobster, that is frozen lobster tails, and frozen conch meat.
Other fish products comprise whole fish as well as fish fillets; both these products are sold frozen also. A list of whole fishes that can be produced in Belize is given below.
